Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If the project has not been started and you request cancellation within 48 hours of payment
• 50% Refund: If mockups or design concepts have been shared but active development has not commenced
• No Refund: Once active development has commenced (code has been written or pages built)

• Full Refund: If requested before any work has begun
• No Refund: Once audit, research, or implementation work has started

• Cancel anytime with at least 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle
• No refund for the current active billing period — service continues until the end of that period
• Cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Domain name registration or renewal fees
• Web hosting costs paid on your behalf
• Third-party plugin or software licenses
• Stock images or premium assets purchased for the project
• Rush or expedited delivery fees

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• Razorpay refunds may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect in your bank account

To initiate a refund, email us at info@krptechsolutions.in with your order ID, name, and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If you believe a refund has been unfairly denied, you may escalate the matter in writing to our management team. We are committed to fair resolution and will review all escalations within 5 business days.
