Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the services offered by KRP Tech Solutions OPC Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide three categories of digital services:

• Website Development: Portfolio, business, e-commerce, dropshipping, and custom web applications
• SEO Services: On-page and off-page search engine optimization
• AI Visibility Services: Optimization for AI-generated search results and brand citations in LLMs

Service scope and deliverables are as described on our pricing page and any signed project agreements.

• Website Development: One-time payment before project commencement
• SEO & AI Services: Available as one-time or monthly recurring payments
• Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment Methods: Online via Razorpay, or offline via bank transfer/UPI
• Services begin only after payment confirmation

• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website and content we create for them
• Our Tools & Frameworks: We retain rights to proprietary tools, code libraries, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivery
• Third-Party Assets: Licenses for third-party fonts, images, and plugins remain subject to their respective terms

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and all necessary content and assets. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may extend delivery timelines without additional cost to the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KRP Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with 15 days prior notice. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mohali, Punjab, India. We encourage amicable resolution before formal legal proceedings.
