01General Principle
All Services must be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it, and with the laws of any other jurisdiction from which you operate or to which you direct your content.
You are responsible for everything hosted on, transmitted through or done using your account — including the actions of your own users, clients and staff.
02Prohibited Content
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, including pirated software, cracked licences, key generators and links or instructions for obtaining them.
Child sexual abuse material, and any sexual content involving minors — such material is reported to the authorities and results in immediate termination without refund.
Content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, or that promotes violence, terrorism or unlawful discrimination.
Material that violates another person's privacy rights, or personal data collected or distributed without a lawful basis.
Fraudulent schemes, including high-yield investment programmes, phishing pages, fake stores and content impersonating another person, business or government body.
Content prohibited under applicable law or by an order of a competent authority.
03Prohibited Activities
Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages ("spam") by any medium, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, chat and forum or comment systems; operating open relays or proxy mailers; hosting sites advertised by spam sent from other networks; or supporting such activity.
Forging headers or any part of transmission or identity information, or concealing the origin of traffic.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, network or account; probing or scanning for vulnerabilities; circumventing authentication; or distributing tools intended for those purposes.
Denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service activity of any kind, whether directed at our infrastructure or launched from it, and any activity that deliberately degrades service for others.
Cryptocurrency mining, and any workload whose principal purpose is to consume compute or bandwidth rather than serve an application.
Operating open proxies, anonymising services or VPN services for third parties on our infrastructure.
Operating IRC servers connected to global IRC networks, or running botnets, bouncers or similar relay software.
Automated access, scraping or booking against government or regulated platforms — including, without limitation, IRCTC — and any automation that breaches the target platform's own terms.
Distributing malware, ransomware, exploit kits or command-and-control infrastructure.
Any activity that causes our IP ranges to be blacklisted or our infrastructure to be blocked by third parties.
04Security Obligations
Keep your credentials confidential and do not share account access with unauthorised persons. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Keep your operating system, applications and dependencies patched. An unpatched environment that is compromised and used to attack others is a breach of this AUP.
Scan for malware in accordance with good practice before deploying to a production environment.
Report suspected compromise of your environment to us promptly so we can help contain it.
05IP Addresses & Network Use
IP addresses assigned to you remain our property and are allocated for the duration of your Service. They are not portable and cannot be transferred.
You may use only the IP addresses allocated to you. Using addresses outside your allocation may result in the network access of the relevant instance being suspended.
Connection speeds describe the connection to our network and are not a guarantee of end-to-end throughput across the wider internet.
06Monitoring & Content Review
We do not proactively monitor or review the content you host, and we exercise no editorial control over it.
We review content on receipt of a complaint or a report of abuse, or where required by law. Content that does not breach applicable law or this AUP is left intact.
We maintain connection and access logs as required for security and for compliance with applicable regulations.
07Enforcement
Where we determine that this AUP has been breached, we may take any of the following steps, proportionate to the breach and to the risk it presents: issue a warning; disable the offending content; suspend or terminate the Service; remove DNS records; block a network service or null-route an IP address; recover our reasonable costs of remediation; or refer the matter to law enforcement.
Serious breaches — including illegal content, attacks launched from our infrastructure, and activity that endangers the platform or other customers — may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice and without refund.
Where remedial work is required because of your breach — for example, delisting our IP ranges from a blocklist — we may charge our reasonable costs for that work.
We will restore a suspended Service once the breach is fully remedied and, where relevant, we are able to confirm that the offending content or software has been removed.
08Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse to support@krptechsolutions.in. Please include the IP address or URL involved, the date and time of the activity with time zone, and any supporting evidence such as full email headers or log extracts. Complete reports let us act faster.
09Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KRP Tech Solutions, its officers, employees and agents against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of this AUP or from content or activity on your account, subject to the liability provisions of the Master Service Agreement.
10Changes to this Policy
We may update this AUP to address new forms of abuse or changes in applicable law. Material changes will be notified by email or through the Platform.
