RDP workspaces, virtual desktops & cloud workstations
One Windows desktop per person, running on our servers. Same apps, same files, any device — and access ends the moment someone leaves.
How It Works
Four steps to a working team
- 1
Tell us how many people need a desktop
Pick a plan by user count. Each person gets their own Windows login (an NT-ID), so nobody shares an account and every action is traceable to one user.
- 2
We build the server and install your software
We provision a Windows Server, install the applications your team already uses, and set folder permissions so each role only reaches what it should. Setup and migration are handled by us.
- 3
Your team signs in from any device
Staff open the Remote Desktop client on a laptop, home PC or thin client and log in with their own credentials. The desktop, the software and the files all run on our servers — the device is just a screen.
- 4
You add, change or remove people centrally
New joiner? Create a login. Someone leaves? Disable it and their access ends immediately, on every device, with nothing left behind on a personal machine.

FAQ
Workspace questions
A Windows desktop that runs on our servers instead of on a laptop. Each person signs in with their own login, sees the same applications and files, and can work from any device. Nothing is stored on the device itself.
A VPS is a server you administer yourself. A workspace is a ready-to-use desktop environment for people — we install the software, create per-user logins and manage the underlying server.
Plans run from 5 users up to 100, and can be scaled as your team changes. Adding or removing a person is a login change, not a hardware order.
Disable their login and their access ends immediately, across every device. Because nothing was stored locally, there is no company data left on a personal machine.
Our workspace product is Windows-based. We do offer Linux machines with full root access over SSH, which suits development, build and CI workloads — see our Linux workstation pages.
