Scope, timelines and deliverables for any project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement. Changes to scope may affect pricing and timelines.

Fees are due as per the agreed schedule. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Upon full payment, deliverables created for you are licensed/transferred as specified in your agreement. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks and the KRP Connect platform remain our property.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
