This Refund Policy explains the terms for refunds on services and subscriptions provided by KRP Tech Solutions.
Project-Based Services
Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable as work and resources are committed. If a project is cancelled before a milestone, any unused advance may be partially refunded at our discretion, less work already performed.
Subscriptions (KRP Connect & Retainers)
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.
Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, you will only be charged if you continue after the trial ends.
