By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing any product/service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Platform.

We collect your personal data when you use our Platform and Services or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship. Information we may collect includes, but is not limited to, data provided during sign-up/registration or while using our Platform, such as name, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID and any information shared as proof of identity or address.

Some sensitive personal data may be collected with your consent — such as your bank account, credit/debit card or other payment instrument information — in order to enable certain features, all in accordance with applicable law. You always have the option not to provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature. If you receive an email or a call from a person/association claiming to be KRP Tech seeking any personal data like card PIN, net-banking or mobile-banking password, never provide such information. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.

We use personal data to provide the Services you request, and — to the extent we use your personal data to market to you — we will provide you the ability to opt out. We use your personal data to handle and fulfil orders, enhance customer experience, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, inform you about offers, products, services and updates, customise your experience, detect and protect against error, fraud and other criminal activity, enforce our terms and conditions, and conduct marketing research, analysis and surveys. Your access to certain products/services may be affected if the necessary permission is not provided.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data internally within our group entities and affiliates to provide you access to their services and products. We may disclose personal data to third parties such as business partners, third-party service providers, payment instrument issuers and other payment options chosen by you, where required to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, enforce our user agreement, facilitate marketing and advertising, or prevent, detect and investigate fraudulent or illegal activity.

You may delete your account by visiting your profile and settings on the Platform; this will result in losing all information related to your account. You may also write to us at support@krptechsolutions.in to assist you with such requests. We may refuse or delay deletion in the event of any pending grievance, claims or services. We retain your personal data for no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under applicable law, and may retain data where necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or in anonymised form for analytical and research purposes.

By visiting our Platform or providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure and processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you disclose any personal data relating to other people, you represent that you have the authority to do so. You consent to us contacting you through SMS, instant messaging apps, call and/or email for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw consent already provided by writing to the Grievance Officer at support@krptechsolutions.in with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data". Withdrawal will not be retrospective. In the event you withdraw such consent, we reserve the right to restrict or deny the provision of Services for which we consider such information necessary.

Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes. We may update it to reflect changes to our information practices, and will alert/notify you about significant changes in the manner required under applicable laws.
