Yes. Every plan in this family has at least 4 GB of RAM, so Windows Server 2019 and 2022 are available alongside Ubuntu, Debian and AlmaLinux.
Yes — move to any larger plan at any time and we'll raise a pro-rated invoice. Disk can grow but never shrink, so a smaller disk isn't possible.
One dedicated IPv4 is included. You can add more at checkout, and they're assigned to the same server.
